Launch Events & PR
Support
I help create meaningful moments that feel good to be part of, from intimate media events to planning styled shoots. Think: beautiful food, well-briefed guests, and content you can actually use.
Creative Direction & Design:
I bring a thoughtful eye to creative projects. From concept development to layout. I designed Flatten Your Curve (a 300+ page book), and the Garden & Art Festival Directory. I’d love to do more of this work.
Alongside my core services, I also offer support with basic website design and management (including WordPress, Squarespace and Shopify), as well as email marketing – from writing and designing EDMs to running full campaign rollouts. I have experience sourcing and creating UGC, planning and scheduling social media content, managing brand collaborations, and crafting copy for everything from web to print. I’m also comfortable with image sourcing, light editing, and diving into the behind-the-scenes details that keep a project running smoothly.
I’m fully equipped to capture and create on the go, with my own drone, DSLR, GoPro, digital camera, and a newer-model iPhone. I also work with Canva Pro, Adobe Suite, and other creative tools, meaning I’m ready to jump in – whether it’s grabbing the perfect shot, pulling together last-minute content, or keeping things looking polished and professional at every stage.
“I don’t know how she does it… but she does it every single time!”
Trusted Network, Seamless Support:
While I often lead projects solo, I also have a trusted network of experienced professionals I can call on when a project needs extra hands. From incredible photographers and videographers to on-the-day event staff, security teams, printers, and more – whatever your project calls for, I have the right people to bring it to life. We’ve got all your bases covered, so you can relax knowing you're in safe, capable hands.

Garden & Art Festival
Contracted as Event Coordinator, for this project I led artist onboarding, designed the Festival Directory, and structured Bloom in the Bay – a dynamic hub in the CBD. From wellness zones and creative workshops to live music and food vendors, I brought together community, creativity and connection. I also implemented smart onboarding systems, ran social ad campaigns, and played a key role in shaping the festival experience end-to-end. This was one of the most wide-spread projects I worked on and really enjoyed the experience.

ECHO Walking Festival
As Marketing Lead, I was brought on to increase reach and attract a broader audience. I developed a targeted digital campaign that outperformed national advertising benchmarks, with click-through rates up to 4.41% and an average cost-per-click of just $0.12. I secured multiple press features through tailored, region-specific PR. By blending cost-effective digital ads with strong community comms, we boosted awareness, filled walk numbers, and expanded into new areas with real impact.

Plant Fest
I founded Plant Fest as a vibrant, community-driven event celebrating Aotearoa’s love of indoor plants. From its humble beginnings, it quickly grew into a sell-out festival with thousands of tickets snapped up in days. I led every aspect – from vendor management and venue logistics to marketing and event staffing – creating an experience that both attendees and vendors loved. After several successful events, I sold Plant Fest at its peak, leaving behind a well-loved event and a legacy of green-thumbed joy.

Jazz Festival
I joined the National Jazz Festival team at the last minute in the lead-up to Easter weekend to support their final marketing push. My primary focus was running strategic social ad campaigns to boost attendance at key events, working with tight timeframes and budgets to drive real results. As severe weather rolled in, I also played a role in communicating last-minute venue changes – helping ensure festival-goers stayed informed and the show could go on.
Let’s Work Together:
Whether you’re planning your next event, launching a campaign, or just need a calm, capable creative in your corner , I’d love to hear from you. Fill out the contact form with as much detail as you can share, and I’ll be in touch as soon as I can.
No idea is too small, and no project is too early in the planning stage, let’s chat and see what we can bring to life.
I offer flexible pricing depending on the scope of the project, this can be on an hourly basis or structured as a full project quote. If you’re working to a set budget, feel free to include that in your message and I’ll let you know what’s possible within that range.
Kia ora, I’m Hollie –
a creative, a strategist, and someone who’s happiest with a cold can of Coke in hand (truly, it’s the way to my heart).
When I’m not working behind the scenes on events, campaigns, or creative projects, you’ll find me tucked away in my tiny house in the Bay of Plenty, surrounded by indoor plants and four much-loved dogs. Life’s a little chaotic, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’m a big believer in simple joys: long walks, a good fantasy novel, a sunny afternoon in the garden. Those small moments are where I feel most myself, and they’re what inspire the way I work too: thoughtful, grounded, and quietly passionate about helping people bring their ideas to life.
